Client’s Challenge:

Roadhouse, a rapidly expanding chain of steakhouse restaurants under the Gruppo Cremonini, operates over 32 locations in Italy with more than 300 restaurants and over 4000 employees. The Restaurant and Retail industry is facing challenges in helping Area Managers recruiting and retaining restaurant staff across various roles’ seniority, from kitchen and service staff to hostesses and cleaning personnel. The company’s Area Managers needed a user-friendly tool to streamline talent acquisition and improve staff retention, ensuring that each location could maintain high service standards despite the high turnover rates common in the retail and hospitality sectors.

What We Did - The Project:

StepsConnect partnered with Roadhouse Grill to deliver a comprehensive talent management solution tailored specifically for the retail and hospitality environment. We began by implementing our intuitive ATS and Talent Management Suite, designed to empower Area Managers with the tools they need to efficiently manage recruitment and talent development processes.
