Is StepsConnect a job board?

No. We do not sell impressions, clicks (CPC), or candidates (CPA).
We integrate with over 120 job boards to publish and optimize our clients' ads across all channels with a single click.

Do you charge fees for hires?

No, never. No fee for hired candidates, no surprise extras. You just pay the subscription for the platform.

Can I continue using the job boards I already have a contract with?

Yes. StepsConnect integrates with the most popular job boards, so existing contracts continue to function. We add automation, multiposting, and screening on top of what you use today, without discarding anything.

We already have an HRIS or ERP. Do we need to replace it?

No. StepsConnect does not replace existing HRIS, ERP, or management systems: it handles the candidate acquisition and selection part and integrates via API with the systems you already use for the next steps (onboarding, payroll, records).

How is candidate data managed in relation to GDPR?

All data is hosted on European servers and processed in full compliance with GDPR. Candidates have explicit consents, automatic processing deadlines, and the right to deletion managed by the platform. We provide standard DPA to all clients.

How many internal IT resources are needed to activate StepsConnect?

Zero, in most cases.
Activation is managed by our onboarding team and standard configurations do not require internal development. Integrations with existing HRIS/ATS are handled by us.

How does the migration of candidates from my current ATS work?

We import the entire candidate database from the existing ATS (records, CVs, interview history, tags) in standard formats (CSV, API, native exports from major ATS). Migration is included and handled by our team. No data lost, no interruption of operations.
